Deployed on Coal Power Project DSP and ASI commit suicide
Sahiwal: DSP Coal power project and ASI Farid town police station, have committed suicide in two different incidents.
DSP Ghulam Muhammad Shaheen was deployed as security In-charge, in coal power project. He shot himself and died. As per his brother Shahzad, the DSP Ghulam Muhammad was disheartened over long hour’s duty and non granting leave to him, by the authorities concerned. He shot himself in his belly with the rifle of security guard and died.
In the second incident of suicide, ASI Muhammad Ayyub Khan shot his temple and killed himself. He was arrested under the charges of taking bribery amounting to Rs 10000. Both the bodies were shifted to district headquarters hospital for post-mortem.
